On December 15, 2011, Gallant opened its doors as a Greentree Transportation Company (GTC). Over time it developed into an unrelated business for GTC once obtaining separate property broker authorization under the name of Greentree Logistics Inc.

In July 2022, Gallant’s current owner obtained majority ownership to become a woman owned logistics company. This organization is independent of any motor carrier and can operate as an autonomous property broker without restriction or affiliation.
